We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Candidate Manager/Resourcer to join our team in Sydney CBD.
As an experienced executive search professional or Candidate Manager/Resourcer, you will play a key role in supporting our clients in appointing the best leadership talent. You will manage the end-to-end executive search process and have the flexibility to work part-time while still delivering exceptional results.
Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates, understanding their career aspirations, and ensuring they are matched to the right job opportunities.
If you have at least one year of experience in a recruitment role, preferably executive search or talent acquisition (any industry), a proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing c-suite candidates, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, a results-driven mindset, and a proactive and positive attitude, we encourage you to apply.
