The Role

As an Executive Search Consultant at ELR Executive, your primary focus will be on bridging the nexus between leading talent and our clients in the FMCG and Food & Beverage Manufacturing space. This role offers autonomy and the opportunity to grow into a practice lead with a view to building a team and shaping the future growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with clients, understanding their unique needs, culture, and objectives, thereby positioning top-tier candidates who fit seamlessly.
• Engage in targeted searches, leveraging your niche knowledge to identify, attract, and engage with leadership talent within the FMCG and Food & Beverage Manufacturing sectors.
• Ensure a holistic recruitment process from sourcing and screening to interviewing, evaluating, and finalising placements.
• Act as a trusted guide for both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment journey, ensuring alignment, clarity, and fulfilment.
• Stay abreast with the FMCG and Food & Beverage Manufacturing industry trends, ensuring ELR Executive remains at the pinnacle of the executive search arena.New Paragraph

Requirements

• Proven experience in white-collar recruiting or executive search.
• Experience with the FMCG and Food & Beverage Manufacturing is highly desirable.
• Outstanding communication skills, capable of confidently engaging with high-profile executives.
• Strong team collaboration with an ability to contribute proactively.
• Proficient research capabilities and an analytical mindset to pinpoint top talent and ensure compatibility.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, techniques, databases, and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
• A results-driven approach, anchored in surpassing client anticipations.
